Question What are Backdoorshoes made of?
Answer Plastic, - no rubber at all. It's foam-like and will not perish or crack!


Question What is the sizing like?
Answer Our shoes are accurate to size   Don't worry if they feel a little snug when you first get them as the material will give and soon your backdoorshoes will fit like a glove )






Question How do I wash and care for my backdoorshoes ?
Answer The insole can be washed in the washing machine on a  max 40 degree cycle and the shoe just needs a wash in cold or warm soapy water occasionally . The shoe is totally waterproof so does not need to be washed in the machine .NB Mediclogs are unprinted and the whole shoe can be  washed  in a washing machine . Backdoorshoes should not be left exposed to high temperatures either in the washing machine or in direct sunlight in hotspot areas . Extreme temperature will shrink your backdoorshoes . Keep them in the shade outside or inside .








Question What if I have ordered the wrong size or require a refund ?
Answer Put your backdoorshoes back in the post with your name address /order no and preferred size with £3 in cash / worth of postage stamps and we will replace with your preferred size (as long as they are unworn). Please do not send a cheque as a large proportion goes to the bank .If your shoes are unsuitable please return with your order number and details for a refund to be issued( £3 is not required for refunds ,allow up to 10 days and refunds will be for goods and not P&P)








Question Is there a time limit to exchange my shoes?
Answer No, as long as your shoes are not worn we will exchange them by return . 






Question What is your delivery time?
Answer All orders are processed immediately and normally delivered within 7-10 days UK (international up to 28 days). Our service is 2nd class packetpost which does not require a signature. Your shoes are insured should they not arrive but be assured 99.9% of parcels were delivered in good time again this year by Royal Mail. We need to allow up to 28days from the order date before we can consider them lost and therefore we cannot replace or refund these orders until 28 days have passed . We do not expect there to be very many lost parcels as last year all but 0.01 % of parcels did arrive with our customers within the 28 day period.
