    Free Shipping On Orders Over £29.95

    We aim to dispatch any orders placed by 1:30pm on any working day (Monday to Friday) on the same day, regardless of your postage option.

    Our free standard UK delivery service, which does not require a signature, aims to deliver within 3-5 working days.

    We also offer a 'Rapid Tracked' service at an additional charge, which usually arrives within 1-2 working days.

    All European parcels are sent on a tracked service. Delivery duty is included in your delivery charge, but there may still be handling charges beyond our control.

    All Rest of World parcels are sent on the most economical tracked service. Duty and taxes may be payable by the recipient, and these charges are beyond our control.

    What happens if my parcel is lost?

    Your Backdoorshoes® are insured in case they do not arrive. However, 99.9% of parcels were delivered in good time this year. In the rare event of a delay, we need to allow up to 21 days from the order date before we can consider the parcel lost. We cannot replace or refund orders until 21 days have passed.

    We have a very easy returns policy at Backdoorshoes to give you peace of mind:

    Ordered the wrong size?

    The most cost-effective and planet-friendly way is to regift and share Backdoorshoes love! Find a friend or family member with the right size and order another pair. We appreciate your effort if you can do this.

    Reorder & Return

    The fastest solution is to immediately order the correct size and return the unwanted shoes with a note including your order number for a refund.

    Return & Exchange

    If you can't reorder, simply return your Backdoorshoes® by post. We will replace the original shoes with your preferred size. Please note that exchanges are only possible with unworn shoes.

    What if I wish to return my shoes?

    If your shoes are unsuitable, return them to us with your order number and details for a refund (please allow up to 10 days for refunds). Refunds will cover the cost of goods, not P&P.

    For exchanges, we ask that you pay the postage to us, and we will cover the postage back to you. 2nd class is suitable for most shoes (please note this may differ for boots).

    Is there a time limit to exchange my Backdoorshoes®?

    No, there is no time limit as long as the shoes are unworn. We will happily exchange them at any time.
