Our women's shoes are true to size. The Butterfly and Washed Canvas styles have wider designs, so we recommend sizing down for these.

Tips to Keep Your Backdoorshoes in Top Shape:
- Important: Avoid leaving them near glass doors or in direct heat—they can shrink!
- Cleaning: Keep them fresh by washing in warm, soapy water (never hot!) and let them air dry.
- Insoles: Remove and wash insoles by hand or in the washing machine at 30°C.
- Squeaky Shoes? Sprinkle talcum powder between the insole and footbed to stop the squeak. If needed, reach out for assistance!
- Extra Room: Remove the insoles for more toe space while still enjoying comfort.
- Custom Fit: Have a tricky foot shape or bunion? Heat the shoe gently with a hairdryer (hot setting, under 1 minute), then mold it to your foot.

"So light weight!! I spotted these in a garden centre but wasn’t able to buy them at the time. I later found these in Backdoorshoes at a much lower price, so I had to get them. Very cosy, and warm, and I just can’t get over how little they weigh. I’d definitely recommend going up a size or two. I am normally a size 3, but I bought the size 5 and it’s still a snug fit."
