Sizing Information

Our women's shoes are true to size. The Butterfly and Washed Canvas styles have wider designs, so we recommend sizing down for these.

Tips to Keep Your Backdoorshoes in Top Shape:

Important: Avoid leaving them near glass doors or in direct heat—they can shrink!
Cleaning: Keep them fresh by washing in warm, soapy water (never hot!) and let them air dry.
Insoles: Remove and wash insoles by hand or in the washing machine at 30°C.
Squeaky Shoes? Sprinkle talcum powder between the insole and footbed to stop the squeak. If needed, reach out for assistance!
Extra Room: Remove the insoles for more toe space while still enjoying comfort.
Custom Fit: Have a tricky foot shape or bunion? Heat the shoe gently with a hairdryer (hot setting, under 1 minute), then mold it to your foot.

"The mystery bundle is great idea - my wife and I have used backdoor shoes and boots for many years and have always been happy with the results - the hardest thing is choosing which design to buy next - the mystery bundle eliminated that problem and when the bundle arrived it was like Christmas over again. My wife is very happy with the designs she received in the bundle. Now maybe another idea would be a his and hers mystery bundle!!"
